We set a three-month period to set-up, measure and manage results. Digital marketing success does not happen overnight or in a matter of days. In three months, we should be able to gather data enough to review our assumptions based on the initial campaign objectives, study spikes and dips and have a clearer picture of what works and what does not work and recommend adjustments to the program.
While our job as Digital Marketers is to ensure your website enjoys web traffic from various channels, we also work with you by providing insights about what your customers engage with and how we can help them make purchasing decisions faster. We work with your sales team but we are not replacing your sales or after-sales/customer service team.
If you are on a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. We only request that you give us at least 2 weeks notice if there is a change of plans or if you would like to revisit the engagement scope.
If you are on a three-month subscription, the engagement will be in force for the said period. You can choose to discontinue the service on the fourth month by informing us at least two weeks before the end of the third month. The fees due for the three months will need to be settled before an official sign-off sheet and waiver/quit claim is executed.
Our standard practice is to share files through secure cloud storage platforms and administer all your accounts (website backend, CRM, social media, etc.) as co-Administrators. This way you have real-time Administrator access to all your digital channels and sole control over your logins and passwords using your own email address or phone number for verification steps.
