Customers. Customers. Customers. One thing that really struck me was how businesses today are obsessed with their customers, and at the heart of this obsession is their use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Rose Ann Enero, IT Executive, Infocomm, emphasized that CRM systems like Zoho CRM are the lifeblood of their enterprises.
They serve as the central hub for collecting and analyzing customer data. By harnessing this data, organizations can make data-driven business decisions, personalize interactions, and truly excel in delivering top-notch customer experiences.
One of the highlights of the event for me, being a small business owner, was the introduction of Bigin, Zoho’s new CRM tailored specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The session showed how Bigin simplifies the shift from cumbersome spreadsheets to a user-friendly CRM system, making it accessible and affordable for businesses of all sizes.
Customer Service for Growth and Resilience

Integrating SalesIQ into websites and mobile apps empowers businesses to boost customer engagement and satisfaction, ultimately leading to increased conversions and sales.
Zoho Analytics is fast-emerging as a powerful tool to gain transformative insights. It was fascinating to learn how Zoho Analytics helps organizations uncover hidden trends, visualize data, and make informed choices to enhance customer experiences.
Whether it’s analyzing customer feedback, tracking sales performance, or measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, Zoho Analytics equips businesses with the tools they need to stay competitive and agile.
Breaking down organizational silos and ensuring a unified customer experience was another vital theme. Aligning marketing, sales, and customer service efforts is crucial for providing a seamless journey for customers. My experience at Zoholics 2023 Philippines, particularly in the CX track, was incredibly enlightening.
